Listing tabs broken out, but with anchor a href

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi Stiofan and Paolo
    I was able to use the code to expand the tabs and leave them in place per the instructions.
    Now it’s weird that if you click on them nothing happens, and it would be nice if they jumped down the page to their associated location.

    So basically a href to anchor. I mean that’s basic html I just don’t know where to put it.
