Is there anyway to force a listing to appear across all locations?

I have a directory of businesses that have a mix of specific locations (eg party venue), mobile businesses which operate from a base to other locations (eg. party entertainer), and there are also online businesses, so ideally they would appear for that category no matter what the location is (eg. online cake kit business delivering Australia wide).

Is there any way to do this, even if it is with additional coding? I don’t really want to have to create multiple listings for the same business in every location across Australia…
