    I’m not sure those are correct, I got this error:

    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
    Connection failed.

    Please ask for FTP details to your hosting provider.

    I keep getting :

    I think the problem is the hostname. I’m trying with inenglish.biz

    Please ask for support to your hosting provider in order to get full FTP credentials.

    Do you want access to the server? I asked them for info and that’s what they gave me.

    Yes access the server via FTP:

    I need:

    protocol : ftp or sftp
    hostname : ?
    port: 21 or 22 or ?
    username : ?
    password : ?

    Hi,

    I removed all files and folder left by w3 total cache. Now it should work, but I couldn’t test it because wordfence locked me out again.

    Please check it now and let us know if the problem is gone.
