Hi, I thought I had my settings set so that once people’s listings expired their listing dropped into drafts, but that hasn’t happened and i’ve just noticed some are now 2 days over due and are still published on my site.
What settings have I overlooked please?

    Hi Katie,

please indicate at least the CPT and 1 listing title that is overdue so that we don’t spend too much time searching between all your CPTs.

    Thanks

    Hi Katie,

You have set status to “Publish” for the expired listing at GeoDirectory > Prices & Payments > General > Enable expiry process?.

    To drop listing to draft:
The price package should have downgrade plan to “Expire” at GeoDirectory > Prices & Payments > Prices > Package > Expire, Downgrade to.
Expire listing status should be “Draft” at GeoDirectory > Prices & Payments > General > Enable expiry process?.

Please check this both settings and let us know how it goes.

    Kiran
