Listings draft/invoice pending if going through payment checkout

Hi,

I have new listings set to Published.

When I use a coupon for a reduction to free listing, so that there is no need to go through checkout selecting payment method, then the listing is published when submitted and invoice automatically set as confirmed in back end.

When a listing submission goes through checkout however it is not published and the invoice is set as pending. (I noticed this when testing my first live Stripe payment, which went through ok, although with listing as draft/invoice pending. After looking at this I realised that I had not set the Live webhook endpoint, which I then did). The issue still happens if I select Manual Bank transfer in checkout.

It looks like something is happening when going through checkout to prevent listing being published and stop invoice being set to confirmed.
