Listings not being included

    Hi, my website (https://eastnorthants.co.uk/) is now up and running using the plugin.

    A client has added a listing (https://eastnorthants.co.uk/businesses/northampton/business-services/here-to-help-office-support/) which does appear on the map, but doesn’t appear on an extract of businesses (using the shortcode “[gd_listings title=’A selection of Business listings’ post_type=’gd_business’ category=” related_to=” post_author=” sort_by=’random’ title_tag=’h3′ layout=’gridview_onethird’ post_limit=” add_location_filter=’false’ show_featured_only=’false’ with_pics_only=’false’ with_videos_only=’false’ use_viewing_post_type=’false’ country=” region=” city=” neighbourhood=” ]” and currently on the bottom of the home page.

    Please post V2 related issues to the appropriate V2 specific subforum.

    To make the listing show you could add a value like 100 for post_limit and make sure category is set for All (0).

    Thanks Alex that worked really well.

    I do have an issue with businesses not appearing on the map. A client which added a listing earlier didn’t appear on the map until after an hour or two. Another client has added a business which isn’t on there yet either. Do you know if there is a delay in listings appearing on the map? I don’t have a cache on the website so it can’t be related to that?

    Perhaps the server has cache?

    We can check the settings if you want to write back with WP Admin credentials.

    The map problem only resolved by me clicking the set map location manually. Is that something users are expected to do?

    Can you let me know your thoughts on how to ensure higher resolution images please?

    What do you mean by approach the release? Isn’t the plugin already released?
