Listings not Displaying

Hi,

I am having issues with the plugin listings not displaying on my site.

These have all been displaying previously but now all we get is a blank screen.

The plugin has been updated and we have also tried switching to a default theme and deactivating other plugins.

Here are the venues – http://www.hospitalityandeventsnorth.com/venues/

But if you click on any of them it just comes up with a blank screen.

Please advise.

You have installed the incorrect addons. If you are using a 1.x.x version of GD core plugin, then you need to use version 1.4.94 for the Advanced Search and 1.5.63 for the Location Manager.

You should not mix V1 plugins with V2 plugins.

HI,

I have updated to the core plugin now which has brought back the venue listings.

However it has dramatically changed the styling of my site, broken the venue list http://www.hospitalityandeventsnorth.com/venue-directory/ and map and in my opinion the new layout on the listings is not as good as before.

Not impressed that the update has caused so many issues.

If you didn’t want through changes, you should have installed the right add-on for V1 and avoided upgrading to V2 that requires further configuration, that is what Guust was suggesting in the 1st place.

If you provide admin credentials we’ll help you fix it. Or you can follow the V2 documentation to adjust your templates.

If venue-directory/ was your previous home page, you will now need to add GDV2 elements to the page to show listings.

Hi Rory,

If you are just talking about “M1” then i don’t really see a way around that, more of a postcode should be used like “M1 1AG”
