Listings Not Properly Displaying

Hello,

To briefly explain my problem here is an example:

My site is directory of local businesses (I am using MultiLocation) and let’s say I click on my Dining tab, it gives me a complete list of all restaurants that participate with my site. When I click on an individual listing, and then reclick to view the complete list of restaurants, the listings that are shown are limited to the city that the first restaurant was in and does not take me back to the overall viewing.

I can’t find an option anywhere to always have all listings show up under Popular Categories, it’s always stuck in the most recent city that I viewed something in.
