    Hi.

We have upgraded to V2 and are running into all kind of issues. First, the categories came up as “not found”. I was able to fix that by setting the geodirectory permalink settings to “custom”. Having switched back to “default” just now, the categories are still working fine. But all places in the categories return the “not found message”. This also happens when I try to click on them in the map and also when I go into the place listing and click on the permalink.
Please advise as to how to set the theme in order that this works properly?

    Thank you very much,
    Kind regards,
    Lily

    Hi Lily,

Thanks for your post and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could look into it?

    Hi lily sielaff,

Thanks for your reply. You’ve hit your server resources limit and which is why you’re getting this error. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP values for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

we have increased the memory but the error persisted. So we checked the plugins and the Polylang plugin seemed to have been causing the problem. Also the original problem with the 404 was solved by deactivating polylang. We have been trying to work now with the geodirectory multilingual plugin that comes with the theme, but I can not find out how to use this plugin. I have activated it but there is no settings for it or any way to translate the places/listings. Can you tell me how to get this plugin to work?
    Thank you very much,
    kind regards!

That is just an integration with WPML that is the only multilingual plugin we worked with in the past too.

    Without WPML it is useless.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks
