Listings renewal

Hello,

I have two questions about renewing listings.

1) When a user renews a listing, the time period resets. E.g. if they have 10 days to go on a 30 day listing and renew it, the expiry date sets to 30 days from the renewal date and they lose the 10 days. Is there a way to change this?

2) Users are prompted to renew their listings at 15 days (I think) before expiry. Is there a way to reduce this (e.g. to 3 days)?
