LMV2 not working – fails to activate

Hi guys,
Just purchased LMV2 but keep getting this error on activation
“There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activated. Please install or activate GeoDirectory Plugin.”
Also – I am developing locally before live deployment with a single site license – do I just change my URL from localhost to my actual domain after the site upload?
