    When on https://lvp.my-local.biz/ location is not working
    resulting sometime zero results but displays random distances

    I allow it to see my location and want the result to be the nearest properties first.

    Whincelsea [or thereabouts] is a fair bit away from Eastbourne or London where the closest listings are.

    You can increase the search radius at
    GD > Settings > General tab > Search sub-tab
