Location in title of widget?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Is it possible to put the location in the title of the a widget? What I am trying to accomplish is what they do on Yelp.

    Ex. “Best of Yelp: City name” and “New Businesses in City name”

    They also use the location in the page title. Is this possible?
