On 20 January I purchased the SINGLE SITE of the Location Manager for http://mobilisegauteng.co.za
    Invoice ID #501557
    Is SITE and DOMAIN different?
    The website has two sub-directories;
    (1) directory and
    (2) causes
Location Manager is working fine in directory which was active when I purchased Location Manager
I have now created the “causes” sub-directory and Location Manager is only working in one area

Did I have to buy the 2 -5 5 sites package?
If so, is it possible to pay the $10 to upgrade the single to the 2-5 sites?

A sub-site of a network is a separate site, even if using a subdomain setup, a folder setup or a domain mapping setup.
I’ll get the developers to have a look at your question too.
    Thanks

Thanks Guust, that answers the question about sites and domains.

Can I pay the $10 to upgrade to the 2-5 sites package? (i.e. the difference between the two packages)

    Thanks Stiofan,
No it worked when I logged into my website. I did no activating.
Guust has answered the question as to why it’s not working on the other sub-domain.

OK thanks, and yes you should be able to upgrade for the difference, just visit the product page.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
