Location Manager not working

    Hello,
    I am trying to set up my directory on a local computer first, I installed Divi theme, installed WPGeo Directory plugin, it is working good so far. I am adding listings in different locations than the default location, I installed the Location Manager plugin. It installed ok, but it does not show me the settings nor it does anything else. It is not working.
