Location Manager Region Check box missing (backend)

    Hi, I’m having an issue with Location Manager. When I browse “Region” on the backend, there are no checkboxes appearing. This means I cannot select regions to remove them. Please see the attached screenshot

    For trouble shooting, I’ve turned off all other plugins and I’ve also changed themes, but this issue persists. Btw, Country and City both work correctly and display the checkbox. this issue only applies to region.
