Location Manager Won't Update

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Says “Update Failed: ( more info ) – Download failed. Unauthorized”

    More info link page says “Your license has not been activated for this domain, please activate it first.”

    But license key is entered and the deactivate button is able to be clicked. Please advise.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for your post. Could you try deactivating and activating the license key and see if it fixes the issue you had there?

    It says the license key is invalid. Copied from my account page though so not sure how that could be the case. Please advise.

    The licensing functionality appears to be working, I was able to activate a key.
    Please try copy/pasting again.

    When sites change URL the keys must be deactivated and reactived.

    Ah, it is because the key is probably still activated on your previous staging site.
    Try this:
    Update Single Site License for a decommissioned site
    It may be that you started working on a site, then changed the URL or deleted or otherwise decommissioned the site. In this case, follow these steps:

    1. Visit https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/purchase-history/
    2. Select “View Licences” for the product.
    3. Select “Manage Sites”
    4. Select the sites where you want to deactivate the license.
