Location Switcher changed to Everywhere on Near Search

    Today installed the Advance Search Filter Add-on along with Multilocation. I have Following Issues:

    1) Location Switcher is changing user Geo-location to Everywhere On Searching (Near: User Defined)
    2) No Customize Search button is coming in search bar, It is showing only two search bars: Search for and Near:User Defined
    3) How to get Fields like Pet Friendly, Distance in Miles and Category as seen on Addon page:
