Location switcher missing

This Crete site map https://cretemix.com/location does utilize the MultiLocations addon.

However, there is no location switcher when location switcher is enabled in backend.

No widget with such a location switcher is found either.

How to bring in the location switcher?

Have you added a menu to GD > design > navigation ?
