Locations page SEO (Yoast + GD): How?

Would it be possible to give me some additional information?
Indeed, whatever the name of the city, ALL my pages are indexed on Internet with the same title: “Location – NameOfWebsite”.

I saw in the parameters of GD, that by editing a city it is possible to indicate manually the META TITLE + META DESC, but do I have to do this manual work for each new city? Is it not possible to automatize with variables, like others pages from Yoast plugin ?

Unfortunately Yoast does not offer options for localisation pages (cities, regions, …)
