    Hi,

    I was able to register a new user : testgdsupport

    But after logging out it doesn’t let you log back in.

    There must be a plugin preventing the login form from working.

    If you provide admin credentials we’ll have a look.

    Update:

    I was able to register a new account using Firefox, but not with Chrome or Safari. I was also able to log into the Directory site with the new account (created in FireFox) in Chrome. The login redirects to the Home page, which seems to work properly. I think the issue is browser related, but I’m not able to find any JavaScript errors. To start, I’ll try to disable all my Chrome browser plugins and ad blocking. I hope you’re able to help me with this problem.

    hi Quinton,

    1st I would try to disable all non GD plugins. For example, I don’t think that Humingbird netwrok activated is a good idea. The only 2 caching plugins that we know for sure that are compatible with GD are Wp Super Cache and GD Booster.
