Login issues

    Hi,

    I’ve been using Geodirectory for some time and its great. However, people who try to login on occasion, or make new accounts on occasion (not every time), or think they have to make a new account, but it tells them they are registered, then they login to login option next to the new registry on login page…. these people get a 404 error and redirect. I get this too, on occasion (not all the time) and when I go back to home, I’m logged in. This is getting to be an issue. I’m loosing customers. Can you help?

    Hi Dennis,

    We would need to be able to recreate the issue inorder to help, unfortunately. Do you think you can list down the steps to recreate the issue? Also, please share the URL of the site in question so we can take a better look at it and also WP temp admin access to your site. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Sorry I haven’t gotten back earlier, but I was trying to recreate the error. I can’t seem to do it, so it was a fluke or an update or change to the system has fixed it. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I think my site is working properly now. Thanks for your time.
