Loss of listing fields when selecting package

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,
    so we have three packages to select from, each allowing more facilities than the previous. However now with changing the payment plugin and invoicing, when a client selects any of the packages, almost all of the required listing detail fields disappear, then when clicking review listing (with so little info) the user is redirected to the home page.
    Please advise
