    just update and follow the video but my site crash and all data is lost. do know what to do

    Hi,

    did you make a back up as suggested before the conversion?

    Data should still be there, probably just did not convert. If you provide a link and admin + FTP + cpanel credentials we will have a look and help you fix it.

    already solve the problem by downgrade back to v1 and wp5.1

    Thanks for your reply. Would you want to perform another update to GDv2? Maybe you can clone the site to a staging URL and we’ll work it out from there? Once it’s done, you can make it live directly.
