Lost data when editing a listing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    It doesn’t happen everytime, but sometimes when a user tries to edit their published listing, it will show the form but all of their filled out data will be lost, and they’ll need to start over. Often this will come with a message that there are unsaved changes and they can remove the revision, and if they do remove the revision their data comes back. I’ve attached an image of that message. There doesn’t seem to much pattern to when this happens. Is htis a known issue?

    Hello,

    We can give it a test, just share WP Admin credentials and a login URL and we can see if it happens.

    If you have any advice about how to make it happen, let us know.

    It seems to be working as expected.

    What the feature does is attempt to keep the values in the form. If the user doesn’t want the values, they click the link to remove them and start over. When I click the link it removes them for me.
