Lost on User Dashboard and Favorites

    surely I’m missing something because if what I’m seeing for user dashboard and seeing listings that a user liked is not at all relevant or useful for the user:

    You need to enable settings of UsersWP so that it shows favorites too.

    UsersWP > Add-ons > GeoDirectory > CPT favorites in profile: select Places.

    and then

    UsersWP > Profile > Choose the tabs to display in profile : select Favorites.

    The user dashboard though however is still a big disappointment. It’s not intuitive at all and rather clumsy compared to Directories Pro.

    Can the user dashboard be customized or made more elegant and intuitive?

    Sure, if you watched the two screencasts posted above, you saw what I’m seeing in GeoDirectory versus user dashboard in Directories Pro

    I suppose my disappointment is that Geo Directory is a premium product ($199 annual for all the features) and yet is so far behind in terms of usability for those paying to add a listing.

    p.s. I get that Geo Directory is more robust, no doubt about this.

    But the user dashboard is a really big piece in my mind for those end users who choose to pay to add a listing; hence my surprise at what I found once I started experimenting with Geo Directory.
