Mail user fail

    Hi,
    I am encountering an email problem. A user posts a place with their corresponding email.
    If another user requests information through the page to the user who published the place, the email sent only to the site administrator never arrives.

    You will have to check in the spambox of the yahoo email address.
    It is also possible that they even kill the email before it goes to the spambox if it triggers there rules.
    I tested by replacing the listing email address, and I received the request immediately using gmail.

    As administrator I have received the email, but as users of the place nothing has been received. Is it possible for yahoo to delete mail before it arrives?

    Thanks for your reply. Could you install the email log plugin and check the email statuses? https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ .Or try installing an SMTP plugin .
