    Hello,

    We’re trying to create a profile page where the name of the listing is called on a shortcode as a Tag. So the Tag completes automatically.

    (ex.
    Listing Name: “STARLIFT”
    Shortcode: [newsbox style=”nb6″ display=”tag” tag=”STARLIFT” number_of_posts=”3″ title=”Latest News”]
    )

    In the same way, we need to do the same but with the facebook and twitter address (to complete a sidebar widget for those social networks)

    You will have to write custom code for that, which is outside support.

    We also tried to use shortcodes on html and text areas in custom fields, but it doesn’t work. There is any way to add shortcodes that I’m missing?

    You can find our shortcodes here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/

    If you want to use shortcodes for another plugin (newsbox???) you need to ask that plugin developer for assistance.
