    Hi all,

We’ve just upgraded to the latest versions of GeoDirectory, Advance Search Filters, Custom Post Types, Location Manager, and Marker Cluster, but have just found that the map on the GeoDirectory “Home” and “Listing” pages has stopped working.

On “home” it only displays one listing, and zooms out to maximum (instead of zooming in on the listings in question, like it used to do). On the listing page, it just sits and “thinks”, all greyed out. The listings appear underneath it as expected, but they don’t appear on the map.

Additionally, the console shows the following error message:

“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addMarker’ of undefined
    at create_marker (map.min.js:1)
    at list_markers (map.min.js:1)
    at parse_marker_jason (map.min.js:1)
    at Object.success (map.min.js:1)
    at i (jquery.js:1)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:1)
    at y (jquery.js:2)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery.js:2)”

Has anybody seen this before? It could well be a conflict with another extension, perhaps, but we didn’t have this problem until we upgraded WordPress and these extensions.

The site is https://cambridgeweightplan.com.au/find-a-consultant, but I have currently disabled the map (because it’s live!) If you’re an admin and would like login info to see the problem in action, let me know how to get it to you.

Any help you can offer would be *greatly* appreciated.

    Regards,

    — Nathan

    Hi Janet,

you updated only the core plugin and Marker Cluster, but not the Advance Search Filters, Custom Post Types and Location Manager add-ons.

You had old license keys for them. I fixed and updated all of them, but the maps were still having problems. This time though I could see what was causing it: Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin.

It’s breaking the google maps API script. I deactivated it and now everything works.

    Thanks
