    I have two requests about the map : https://www.haloasso.fr (attachment N°1)

    1) When you go to the map, we see France but I would like to focus on Paris.

    2) The visitor must check himself the category he wants : “téméraire”, “gourmand”, “zen”…
    In order to show some results on the map, we will check ONLY:
    the “Téméraire” category for “activities” (not all categories)
    and the “Expansif” category for “events” (not all categories)

    Hello,

    the home map centers the map on all listings. You can adjust the zoom, but in order to change the center, it is only possible by adjusting the listings that are shown.

    you can use the options at GD > Design > Map to hide posts by category or type from the map

    ok thank you Alex.

    I went to GD > Design > MAP but the name of the categories disappears…

    I would have preferred that the visitor sees all the categories, but which are not checked.

    There is also an additional group of settings in the GD Home Page Map Widget.

    There, you can “Collapse child/sub categories”

    Those are the settings that are available.

    1) To center the map on Paris:
    * Make sure the default location is set to Paris> Ile de France > France
    * Then at GD > Advanced Search > REDIRECT SETTINGS ON FIRST TIME LOAD > First time load redirect > Redirect to default location (on first time load users will be redirected to default location, which is this page: https://www.haloasso.fr/home/france/ile-de-france/paris/

    2) GD > Map tab > HOME MAP SETTINGS > Select category to untick by default on map > select any category to de-select by default. Leave at least one.
