Map Bubbles Not Working

    Hi there, I’ve just noticed my map bubbles have stopped working. If you click on any one here you’ll see it tries to load and fails each time.

    Hi Ronny,

    Thanks for your post. I’ve just inspected your Website and I’m able to see the issue you had there. Could you try deactivating all non-gd plugins one by one and see if it fixes the issue you had there?

    Hi Kor, thanks for the quick reply! I should have mentioned I had already deactivated all the plugins before but with the same result.

    One thing I’ve just noticed now is that the bubbles work fine when I change the Select Maps API to Open Street Map Api. i.e. it’s only an issue when using the Google Maps Api.

    My Google Maps Key is up to date and otherwise working.

    I have the same problem, markers work correctly on OSM and on Google API no longer. Does anyone know the solution to the problem?

    Hello,

    This has been fixed and will be in next release. Recent changes by Google affected the GeoDirectory maps.

    Hi Yael, I’ve switched to OSM at the moment which is perfectly adequate, and actually I think the map bubbles display better on OSM. I don’t know about yours but with Google Maps on my site the info and the photo inside the bubbles always seemed a bit squashed.

    Hello There,

    There is an update in round infoWindow by Google recently and this caused this issue. We have already released GeoDirectory v1.6.38 with fix.

    Please update and let us know.
