For some reason, my map only lets me interact with it once. I can de-select a category or zoom in or out once, but then can’t do anything else. It will think about it, but nothing will change.

I have all the add-ons installed as well.

Any idea what the problem is?

It works like this for users signed in or out, https on and off, ad blocker on and off, and location service on and off, and on windows, osx, android and iphone (wherein you cannot move the map or zoom)

    Hi,

it was wp super cache that is not compatible with GD.

p.s. all of your GD plugins are outdated, you should do an effort to keep them up to date.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

after disabling wp super cache (I disabled it), the map was working fine.

If you updated core, you should also update all add-ons.

    Thanks

5 computers here and none of us see it working.

We all still can’t toggle pins or zoom or make any interaction more than 1 time.

See the attached pic showing all categories toggled off, but all pins still on:

    Hi,

did you update all add-ons too?

If yes, I’d suggest to momentarily disable all non GD plugins to see if the problem disappears.

If it does, reactivate one by one till you find the culprit.

Also make sure to delete wp super cache files in wp-content if any is still there. I’m not 100% sure that deactivating the plugin purge its cache.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

For what it’s worth, it works just fine for me.
