map error

    Hi

    I just updated to V2 which is great. However, I am suddenly (it worked yesterday) getting an error when a map icon is clicked. It appears to spin but then not open.

    I tried to use SG Optimizer for caching, etc. and deactivated. I am not sure if that is related.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for your post. It works fine when I inspected your Website. Could you try clearing your browser cache and see if it works?

    Thanks for your message. I tried it on a few different devices and all had the problem.

    The problem occurs when you click on a map icon. Attached is a screenshot.

    Hi again Kor,
    I noticed that I when I am logged in it seems to work correctly but not when I am logged out. I noticed this also arose in post # #521620 but there was no public reply.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Where are you hosted?

    Have you already updated to 20072?

    Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply if we need to check the settings.

    Hi Kiran,

    This same issue keeps coming back when I return to the map on the front page of my site after leaving the site for a while. When clicking on one of the map icons it results in an error message and the map bubbles don’t load.

    Any help would be appreciated.
