Map Icons won't change

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We uploaded a new icon and it saves okay but the map doesn’t update. Is there something else we need to do?

    Got it to work, thanks Kor. It was pretty easy, for some reason my web guy could not figure it out.
