Map Markers disappeared

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    My map markers have disappeared. The places are there. The users are still there. But, the markers no longer display.

    I have updated all of the GeoDirectory plugins.
    The current site that is NOT working is: http://dev2.foundation96.com

    A backup of the site from 3 days ago that is still working: http://dev1.foundation96.com

    Please help. Thank you so much!

    hi,

    in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Map, all categories but one were ticked by default on the home map. So you only had the listing of the unticked category showing.

    I removed them all and now they are all showing their listings.

    That’s great! Can you please explain why this is happening on one site, but not the other, when both are set up the exact same way?

    The selection of categories there can only be done by an admin, so that is the only reason that it would be different. Thanks
