Map not displaying

    Hello. I was having issues with other functions on WordPress an the recommended support was to deactivate all plugins and reactivate. Since then I am getting an error message for the geodirectory map. I can see all the place listings, but the map doesn’t load. I get the following error:

    No Records Found
    Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again. Website is http://www.warrioronwheels.co.za

    Hi,

    You still have a jquery error:

    Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a.poplight[href^=#]

    In addition on the map, the category legend says “no category”, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

    Hi,

    most of your plugins are outdated. You should try to keep them up to date.

    In addition you have … as default location. You must enter a real location or the system will not work correctly.

    If you wan to add listings in more than one location, you will need the location manager add-on.

    Let us know if updating the other plugins and adding a correct default location fixed the problem.

    Thank you for this. I have updated the plugins and corrected the default location but I still have the same error. It was working perfectly before.

    Hi,

    for me the entire website is not loading, do you have some sort of geographic block or IP blacklist?

    I’ll also ask another moderator to check if he can see your website at all.

    I’ve just asked someone else to check if they can view the website and it is up. I can also see in my stats visits to our site through a link I’ve just shared on social media too. No I haven’t put any blocks or blacklists on. Are you able to login with the info I gave previously?

    There seems to be a JS error caused byt he event registration plugin but i don’t think that is the main cause of the problems, please provide FTP details and i’ll debug things.
