I have just noticed that the map does not work in a GD post preview. Instead, a map with the message “No Records Found. Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” is shown.
If the listing is published, the map shows correctly.
This is specially annoying when an user enters a listing from the frontend and clicks the “Preview Listing” option, since he could believe that the site is not working and leave it without completing the listing and, most important, the payment.
Is this the correct behaviour? New listing defaul status is set to “Pending review”. Should I change it to “Published”?
Do you mean something like creating a Cloudflare rule to exclude all previews pages? I tried to do it, although I do not know if I have done it correctly, and it did not seem to solve the issue.
Then I tried using the Cloudflare development mode that, according to Cloudflare, “temporarily bypasses Cloudflare cache entirely and allows to see changes in the origin server in realtime”, but it did not solve the issue either.
When there are issues of this kind I usually check deactivating the plugins activated more recently.
Since I tried and I did not find any of them causing the issue, I opened this support ticket.
Now I tried again deactivating all non GD plugins and reactivating them one by one and I have found that the plugin causing the conflict is WPML Multilingual CMS. I checked twice to be sure and there is no doubt: when deactivated, the map shows correctly in GD listing previews. Therefore I believe that this is something that you should have a look at, am I right?
By now, I have left activated the plugin since it is necessary for the ordinary use of the site.
