map not working

Details page map and search page map is not working.

When I try get directions, message is that it cannot find address.

The search actually works correctly, so addresses definitely there.

Issue persists when I am logged in as admin so presumably not caching.

I have cleared all caches and redis have been disabled for a few days so should not be the issue.

The map worked yesterday. Not sure if got to do with update??

please share site details so we can check on the issue on your site. It isn’t the same on every site and we need to take a look at yours.

For bugs, you can always follow up with a private reply including the following info so we have what we need to look into the issue.

You should not apply patch directly there. It may break site. thta’s why i asked for FTP credentials.

You need:
– Download file
– Edit
– Upload

The address not found issue may be related to the Google Directions API not being attached to your Google Maps project.

Try generating a new key to see if it fixes the issue.

Hi
I have attached a screenshot from my maps dashboard showing directions api being part of the api.

I changed the api but as of right now does not seem to have made a difference.

Worked fine before update. Not sure why that would stop my details and search page maps??
