Map on a listing page – how?

    I have a page that shows the categories of our Chamber members – click a category link and I get a listing of the businesses in that category (using the GD Archive page, if I’m not mistaken).

    For the category listing page, how do I also display a map of the businesses in the category?

    (also, I DON’T want this to happen if the listing is events – just for places)

    You can add a map to the Archive page template, which is what shows on category listing pages. Just add a GD Map element. You can leave the map type on auto or set to archive and try out the advanced options.

    Each CPT can have a different template, so you can make one for events that doesn’t have a map.

    You can set the template in the CPT Settings
