Map Spinning and other issues

    Hi, since updating, all of a sudden i am having issues

    the main page map is just spinning

    if i click a catagory like commercial or residential is am getting this error

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/remaxhp/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodir_location_manager/geodir_location_functions.php on line 277

    please help asap as this is a live site
