    Hi guys,

I think a theme that’s being used on our site is conflicting with the geodirectory listing map. If i use a default word press theme the map starts to work instantly so i know its not a conflicting plugin.

There are some people on these forums that have solved themes conflicting before but i am unable to pinpoint the cause. Could you please have a look for me?

The map appears to load indefinitely and the search function does not submit.

    Example map (in listing):

    Hi,

it appears that you are using the latest version of the plugin with outdated addons.

That is not going to work. Either you downgrade your core to a version capable of running with the addons installed or you need to update all addons as well.

I think that will solve all your issues.

    Thanks

How can i access the updated plugin files? must i have a current subscription in order to retrieve newer versions?

I should mention that this issue occurred before the additional plugins were added to the site and still occurs when they are removed

    Console shows the following:

    ReferenceError: detail_page_map_canvas_jason_args is not defined

A search brings up this related forum post:

    Thanks

    Hi,

yes to update addons you must be a member. The core plugin you are using now, is not compatible with the addons used, so unless you update or revert to an old core, we really can’t fix anything.

    Thanks
