Maps not loading

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Maps are failing to load on the site, and we’re seeing the following in console:

    jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4 GET wp-json/geodir/v2/markers/?post_type=gd_place 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Any idea what could be causing this?
