    Hi!

After setting up the plugin and adding dummy data, my maps are not showing at all on my site. http://www.mytotlist.com I have set a default location so I am not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions?
    Thank you

Hello, your website is blank, not loading at all.
Please check this documentation before starting http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/basic-installation/ , ensure you have set the WordPress permalinks to /%postname%/ and the listings inside a category.

Sorry, I was actually able to resolve this on my own a short time ago. However, the screen was blank like you saw after I tried to install the geodirectory payment plug in. It goes totally blank and I can’t access the admin screen. I was able to fix this by deleting all plugins via php access but am not sure what the problem with that payment plug in is. Any advice?

you don’t need to delete the plugins, you can simply rename the plugins folder to something else, end then rename it back (all the plugins will be deactivated by default. Without seeing the website, while in the blank state, I can’t debug. when it goes blank, enable the wp_debug (in wp_config.php, find WP_DEBUG and write “true”, default is “false” ) once you do that, you will see the error in the white page,

Yes, I tried to rename the plugins folder and it didn’t work, so I resorted to php and wiped all plugins. The site is no longer blank.

when you rename the plugin folder, you must first visit the plugin section in the backend 🙂

I can see the maps now on your website so I’ll set this as resolved.
Let us know if you need futher assistance.
