Fantastic. Any estimate as to when that update will be available?

    Thanks.

I updated to the new version and tried uploading the example file I sent to you, which is around 4mb. I get the following error message:

File size error. : You tried to upload a file over 2mb

Hello, yes we added a error message also, you can adjust the upload size from GD>General>General>Maxi upload file size(in mb)

    Thanks,

Okay, so larger files can now be uploaded, but not be imported.

Even though I can now upload a file that is more than 2mb, I cannot import data from a file that is more than 2mb. Files that are less than 2mb seem to work fine still.

    Here’s what happens:
The “Import data now” button shows up, and when clicked, “Wait, processing import data…” is briefly displayed (attached image), but then it disappears and the status of the import remains at zero (attached image) and nothing further happens.

I have tested this in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Correction: smaller files will not successfully import anymore. The import stops after a few listings have been imported. Screenshot attached.

testing seemed to work for us, can you provide wp-admin and FTP details so we can test on your server?

    Thanks,

I had the timeout limit increased for testing purposes, but the problem persisted.

I cannot even import small files now.

The developers are testing in your server directly, because on our test website, your files is uploading just fine.

If you could also provide phpmyadmin credentials that would help.

Let us know, we will update you asap.

    Thx

I have been dealing with the hosting company and it seems that the RAM limit (not the timeout limit) could be what was stopping the import from working correctly.

FYI – I got the hosting company to temporarily raise the RAM limit. I uploaded a 5mb file and the import started correctly, but stopped 2% of the way through. I tried clicking the “Import data now” button again, but it would only display the “processing..” status briefly with nothing actually happening.
