    Our 12 month membership is showing as expiring in several days. However, we purchased a 12 mopnth membership in mid January of this year. For some reason our account shows it as being purchased almost a year ago.

    Hi,

    your last purcahse was for 4 months made on 2016-01-19.

    When we moved from the old membership systemto the new, we moved everyone to the 12 months subscription for our convenience, but we kept the original expiration date that for you is 2016-05-19.

    Please check your paypal recepit, you will see that you paid $60 for 4 months.
