Meta title in the search result is showing wrong location

When we use the adv search form to look for a listing post type, listing category and a property feature but with keywords and near location left blank, the search result meta title says “Search result for in London.” It seems that the page got “London” from the first listing in the results. I tried different combinations, and it seems the location mentioned in the meta title is always the location of the first listing in the result. I believe this to be misleading since not all listings in the results page are from the location mentioned in the meta title. I also think when the keyword is blank then the meta title should nor contain the word “for” so that at least it still reads grammatically correct, that is it should say “Search result in London.”
