Meta Title Showing Warning When Plugin Activated

I am getting the following warning message in front of my site’s meta title when the geodirectory plugins are active:

as you can see it references both the main geodirectory plugin and the locations manager plugin.

I tried deactivating just the loacations plugin and found that the warning error was still showing but only referenced the main geodirectory plugin.

Deactivating all geodriectory plugin returns the meta title to normal.

I had this issue a few weeks ago (forum ref: #3567) and was advised the latest updates would solve the problem. I have updated every plugin to the latest version but the problem persists.

Pleas can anyone help?
