I have noticed that some of my embedded graphics disappear and have a placeholder it their place.

    This is an example.

    Do you know is happening?

    Hi Ron Lenox,

Thanks for your post. Just inspected your Website and I don’t see any issues with your images. Maybe it’s just a cache issue? Try clearing your Website/Browser cache and see if it helps.

This is the link to the file, you should only link to images that exist:

    Thanks

The jpeg file was there and now is not. The same thing happens on other listings. There is always a “place holder” where the jpeg was before. How could I have inserted a “place holder” like that?

I don’t know about it until the customer lets me know.

Also, when you click on the jpeg link you get an error message – “Multisite support not enabled”

That “placeholder” is just an icon showing that it cannot display the image because it cannot be found.
You need to link to an existing image, and best practice is to add an image that is stored on your own site. Other sites may prevent hotlinking to their images.

I understand, but that image was originally imported into the listing. It was not added by linking to another site.

I never do that. When I find it again, I will let you know.

I am going to contact you about helping me upgrade to WordPress 5 and also discuss upgrading to V2.

I will make a request on your site.
