Missing the Login Page

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    I cannot use the Sign in and Sign up users options and it redirects to ‘Not Found’ page.

    Do I need to setup anything before these get active ?

    They should be setup automatically.
    Go to GD > GD Tools > and check if you have all GD pages
    Then go to GD > GD Permalinks and check if the pages are selected correctly in the bottom section.

    IF you cannot fix it, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a check of your settings.

    Thank you Guust for the reply,

    I found something interesting

    When I press the login button, it will redirect me to below

    http://www.xyz.com/gd-login/

    However the above page doesn’t exist. But the correct page exists if I use the below link.

    http://www.xyz.com/index.php/gd-login/

    Now how can I fix this in order to make sure that I redirect to the correct page

    Hi,

    make sure WordPress Settings >> Permalinks is set to /%postname%/

    and not index.php/%postname%/

    Let us know if that helped.
