Moderation on edit and commenting

    Anyway to moderate when someone edits a place and when someone comments and is it possible to send notifications when the two actions are performed?

You can refer to this link https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/manual-validation-of-the-modification-of-an-ad/#post-509674 that explains how you can achieve this with some custom code. As for the email notifications, you can configure it here GD > Emails tab > admin emails > Listing edited.
